A new set of liner paperboard making machine with production capacity 100,000 tpy and stock preparation system of Qingdao Hai Wang Paper Company is scheduled to start up on Nov. 15 in Qingdao, Shandong province.

The new machine is providing by Liao Yang Papermaking Machinery Co. Liaoning province. They said, by contract, this machine are possess more competitiveness in price than Europe machine.

With production capacity 350 tpd of the stock preparation system is provide by Alhstrom Company.

The machine is used 75% OCC and 25% nature fibre as raw materials, a width of 3.2m, to produce 200~350g/m2 liner paperboard, all the products will sales in domestic market. The company express will make effort to develop international market in future.

Besides, there are 14 set small type papermaking machine in the mill, currently produce 40,000 tpy un-coated full-chemical pulp paper.
